ARF Bureau member, NA vice chairman Vahan Hovanisyan declared in the ARF and RLP (Ramkavar Liberal Party) session that “the most logical and convenient competitor for ARF is RLP. This is already a tradition, since we have always something to argue with RLP representative. We may speak of different values, socialistic and liberal ideologies. It is much more difficult to argue with a faceless mass, where there is no ideology but money. That’s why we will welcome RLP’s return”. We should simply note that ARF collaborates at least one of the faceless forces by a special agreement.
