SUMMON

Dear compatriots, we invite you to our organized mass meeting which will be held in the Freedom Square on November 16, at 5 pm. As it was in the eve of the previous mass meeting, the representatives of the authority, policemen, officials from district offices, tax inspectors, will try preventing your participation in the mass meeting with the help of administrative pressure, illegal controls, and threats. Those persons should realize that they take individual responsibility for their each action even if they commit their supervisors’ orders, and they take not political but criminal responsibility. We ask you to file certain and detailed references about all kind of pressures, administrative, economic and tax  violence and sent\\d it to “Armat” center (Yerevan, Buzandi 26) or “Office of civil initiatives of Ter-Petrosyan’s nomination” (Yerevan, Yekmalyan 16).
No policeman, tax inspector, official should think that he will manage to avoid of responsibility in four months. All preventing steps taken by the authority show that the ruling clique is frightened of the power of the speech. People afraid of speech when it is true. The true speech means that our
actions are also true.
