CEC secretary Abraham Baghchagulyan /in the center/, replying to the proposal about inked finger-prints of the voters, said that we shouldn’t predict that all citizens in Armenia are criminals. “Are the citizens of Georgia criminals?”,- PPA secretary Grigor Harutiunyan asked noting that that practice have been used in Georgia. “I have not seen any clever person in Georgia”,- was Mr. Baghchagulyan’s answer. Parliamentary of “Heritage” Party Armen Martirosyan thought that maybe Armenia doesn’t need in the Police. Then Mr. Baghchagulyan tried to joke: “Let’s cut the voter’s finger”.
