Shahen Petrosyan guesses that Robert Kocharyan is leaving.
In answer to the question whether Serge Sargsyan has no connection with the incidents, Shahen Petrosyan said: “In that case the General Commander was Robert Kocharyan, independent investigation should find out their part of guiltiness. But there is an important thing. The police officially refuse that they have shot at the people, so do the Army. In that case who has ordered and who has fired. Who has distributed the weapon and to whom? The majority of victims were shot at their heads. The traces on the cars on that part of the street prove that the target was the same. There is a case when a dweller from his balcony has been shot. »
Mr.Perosyan also talked about the cases of the state of emergency: «They realize that the current authorities have no support from the people. They should take steps which would prevent the triump of the people\’s movement.
They found that step: starting from March 1 at 6:30 and violence was used against the peaceful demonstratos which was continued till the midnight and state of emergency was declared. It is very amusing that the CC decree was adopted when the Consitition was invalid. In this context it seems very strange to me Kocharyan\’s declaration that he has no intention to hold the post of the Prime Minsiter. I think the preconditions of his intention is the so-called coalition.»
