Yesterday Radik Martirosyan, the president of RA National Academy of Science was stressing on financing of the Academy in his speech during the annual meeting. He was trying to explain how poor the financing of the Academy was, and when the participants complained that the Academicians speech is not listenable, RA President Serge Sargsyan noted: “Perhaps the financing is poor.”
