Hovhannes Haroutynunyan, head of Erkrapah Volunteer Union of Arabkir community was brought to the Court on May 14 handcuffed. We should remind that Hovhannes Haroutyunyan is the commander of “Arabkir” unit who participated in the battles in Karabagh war. He became the First Chief of Military Police of Armenia in 1992. He was condemned to 1,5 year of imprisonment for keeping about 40 cartridges.
