  Zhirayr Seifilyan, the coordinator “ Defense of Liberated Territories” public initiative and “Consolidation of Armenian Volunteers” was set free from the “Vardashen” Prison yesterday at 9:40. He was condemned to 1, 5 year of imprisonment for calling to fail the authority and wearing a gun gifted by Samvel Babayan.  Sefilyan stayed in prison for 1, 5 year and didn’t write any statement but a request to have the NKR citizenship. Zhirayr Seifilian will give a press conference on Thursday.
