Small link in a long chain

Yesterday, the Heritage Party leader Raffi Hovannisian at the beginning of his speech about ending his hunger strike quoted Mahatma Gandhi, “Firstly they ignore you, then despise yyou, after that attack you and in the end you win.” And stressed, “The end of the hunger strike does not mean that the struggle is over. This is a small link of a long chain, which has happened in this awesome square for the last 15 days. We will come back together to the square again giving a civil and political assessment to the challenges our country is facing, to the attitude of the government, the serious problems of the opposition and mainly to those steps, measures that are necessary to save Armenia and the Armenian people from perdition, bloodshed and to prevent deepening of today’s unlawful and unfair situation. We should continue this struggle together. No pioneers and no backward people would be in that struggle, no marked leader, no rear, ignored citizens would be in that struggle.”
