  Today, it seems obvious, that in two forthcoming months either tangible, noticeable for ordinary citizens changes will take place in the socio-economic life, or this cabinet will be replaced by another. Some think that to fulfill the first one the cabinet has to put into the garbage can the approaches and ideas that are aimless, old and worn-out. Probably, that is the reason why the garbage trucks surrounded the cabinet building yesterday.
