April 28 is “the day of divide”

“We expect the demands we have made, i.e. the release of the political prisoners, the restoration of the right to rally in the Freedom square and the official promise to discover the March 1 killings, be fulfilled for the good of negotiations before the next rally that will take place on April 28”, declared the Armenian National Congress leader  and first president of the RA Levon Ter-Petrossian in the Freedom square yesterday addressing the government.
