Yesterday, in Vanadzor a group of builders was doing asphalt works under the heavy rain on the main street of the city, on Tumanyan Street, near the old department store. The significant thing is that the workers before asphalting were removing water with shovels out of the holes made for asphalting (as far as it is possible to do with shovels), in order to be able to asphalt the street. Vanazdor inhabitants during the conversation with “Aravot’s” photo correspondent admitted that someone does asphalt works under the rain. “Nothing will be left of this asphalt in a few hours. The City Hall and the governor’s office are doing classical money-laundering. The rain washes the street they on the other hand launder the money”, said Vanadzor inhabitants as a sad joke reminding that the member of the RPA , the mayor’s brother Seyran Darbinyan, “does asphalt works”, and the streets of Vanadzor are still without asphalt.
