Unproven “truth”

  The ex-president of the RA Robert Kocharyan in his well-known interview on March 1 stated, “The protesters were appearing from behind the vehicles, shooting and hiding.” Yesterday the head of the investigation group on “March 1” case, SIA (Special Investigation Agency) CSI (Cases of Special Importance) chief investigator Vahagn Harutyunyan, during a conversation with “A1+” reflecting on this fact take under his auspices the ex-president and claimed, “Robert Kocharyan did not say anything wrong; the investigation showed that there were armed protesters near statue of Myasnikyan on March 1.” And in response to the question why charges were not pressed against anybody for using arms, he answered, “Because they were not discovered.”
