Make way for “Mihran of Catherine”

 Yesterday we witnessed how the officers of the Marshal’s Office of the Ministry of Justice of the RA were conducting traffic warden’s duty on Halabyan Street in Yerevan. Two officers of the Marshal’s Office were stopping cars with red flags in front of the Ministry of Justice of the RA and the Marshal’s Office on Halabyan Street. It turned out that a “Mercedes 550” with 500 LS 10 numbers that serves Chief Marshal Mihran Poghosyan, “Mihran of Catherine” was getting out of the Marshal’s Office territory. Minister of Justice Hrayr Tovmasyan works in the same building for whom, however, Halabyan Street is not paralyzed.
