“The ANC gave Serzh Sargsyan a big advantage. S. Sargsyan is going to Kazan today as a democratic president opposed to Aliyev. S. Sargsyan can speak twice-thrice louder in Kazan and if thus far S. Sargsyan could raise his voice up to 10 decibels, now he can raise it up to 20 decibels. And that is so thanks to the ANC and, of course, himself. The ANC actually went for a dialogue with him, despite – are we children, do we not understand that – S. Sargsyan is also responsible for March 1 events. Do we not understand how this robbery occurred, who was the first to create these oligarchs?”, stated ex-Prime Minister of the RA, oppositionist Hrant Bagratyan at the meeting with the journalists yesterday, adding that S. Sargsyan, nevertheless, does not have one thing, “he does not have a “murderer” nickname given by the opposition. And today according to the international publicity, he is in a dialogue process with his opposition. Aliyev is not. And if in Kazan a document is given that is unacceptable, S. Sargsyan for the first time can say that it is unacceptable for our people. He can say this now. If he said that without this dialogue they would say 200 thousand of your people were standing near Matenadaran or in the Freedom square.” By the way, H. Bagratyan also stated yesterday that there were contradictions on the dialogue issue among the ANC.
