Nobody from the Ministry of Culture or Cabinet was present at founder of the Armenian school of organ, prominent organist Vahagn Stamboltsyan’s funeral. Yesterday Stamboltsyan’s student Lilit Martirosyan spoke of this during a conversation with Tert.am. “This is another national indifference toward its genius sons. This is a disgrace”, said Martirosyan, informing that only his relatives, students and the acting rector of conservatory came to say goodbye to the prominent art worker. L. Martirosyan thinks that the cause for all this is Stamboltsyan’s opposition attitude.
