Fast nights in Noyemberyan

Two days ago, during the night some people destroyed the stone fence of the former building of the Noyemberyan police department in the town of Noyemberyan of the Tavush region. After exploiting the new building of the police, the old building was occupied by “Yerevak” NGO. In the vicinity of this building 300 meters of the road is asphalted and the drivers rush at the highest speeds here at night. The strength of the “hero” car’s hit was so powerful that the half-a-meter-thick wall was destroyed. The remains of the car glass are all over the scene. The unlucky driver is not identified yet. It is not clear whether the traffic police know about the incident either.
