“Without our participation the settlement is not realistic”

“Participation of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic in all the rounds of the process as a full-fledged side is the only possibility of comprehensive settlement of the conflict. Without our participation its settlement is not realistic. By the way, the international mediators, for example, the OSCE Minsk Group, also admit that. Stepanakert is ready to directly negotiate with Baku and discuss any issue. I think that full restoration of the negotiation process format is only a matter of time and the sooner it is done, the less time will be needed for the final settlement of the conflict”, stated President of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic Bako Sahakyan during an interview concerning the 20th anniversary of the independence of the  Nagorno-Karabakh Republic.
