The bookkeeper ran away from the crime scene

Yesterday 38-year-old Ararat Barseghyan, the citizen who ran away from the crime scene on August 5, a resident of the village of Tsapatagh of the region of Gegharkunik, was arrested. According to “Aravot’s” information, the arrestee works for the village municipality of Tsapatagh in the region of Gegharkunik, as general bookkeeper. He was driving the “Gazel” with 63 úê 086 numbers (see the photo) that clashed with a VAZ 2106 on the 17th km of the Yerevan-Sevan highway, around 8 am September 5, as a result of which the driver of that car, resident of Charentsavan 24-year-old Artur Manucharyan died on the spot, and passengers 28-year-old Armen Grigoryan, 21-year-old Vazgen Harutyunyan and 21-year-old Vardan Harutyunyan were transferred to Abovyan Medical Center with body injuries. After the crash he ran away from the scene, leaving the dead and the injured helpless.
