The victims of absence without leave

At around 3:20 am, September 12, 20-year-old Vahram Khachaturov, driving Mercedes Benz E230 and not being able to turn properly on Myasnikyan Ave., near Bellagio restaurant complex, ran into a tree. He and the passenger, 20-year-old Rafael Aloyan, were taken to no. 1 University Hospital. At 7:40 am, Khachaturov died in the resuscitation unit, and R. Aloyan was transferred to the resuscitation unit of the central military hospital of garrison. “Aravot” found out that they both were compulsory military servicemen of one of Ejmiadzin military bases and were absent without leave. Another crash took place on Baghramyan Ave., in front of the National Assembly. At around 12:10 am, September 11, a senior of the law faculty, 22-year-old Gurgen Aramyan got off the road and ran into a tree, driving a Honda with 22 êî 001 numbers. He was taken out of the car by the rescuers and handed to the ambulance. His friends gathered at the scene said that “our bro should have been at the military base, why on earth did he leave and find himself in an accident.”
