On Saturday the Northern Avenue first turned into a fair, then into a stable, and eventually into a trash can. The Harvest Festival that was celebrated in the downtown, was a good idea, nevertheless it was just surprising what was going in capital’s downtown after officials and, in particular, the Armenian Prime Minister had left. People were just robbing from each other the harvest brought from different parts of Armenia and Artsakh. One was under the impression that all hungry and poor people gathered there and robbing food from each other, were putting it into the sacks and taking it away. One should have seen what the Northern Avenue was like after that raid. The “Photolure” reporter photographed all that. Despite all the drawbacks, we hope that the Harvest Festival will become a tradition and our people will be full.
