The territory in the vicinity of the Music School of Noyemberyan has become a comfortable place for the cows to pasture. The residents of Noyemberyan say that the cows’ low is heard inside the school too, disturbing the students’ classes. As neither the cow owners, nor the city hall is worried, the cows will continue pasturing and lowing.
