I asked Albert Heroyan, the counselor of the National Assembly Speaker, during an exclusive interview with “Aravot” to describe the first, the second and the present presidents of Armenia in one word, “I cannot pretend – we lost many things, we lost many-many things during the first president’s being in office (in response to my observation that we had also gained Karabakh, Mr. Heroyan said, “Karabakh was a national victory”, M.E.), even if he was my brother, I should say the truth. I was a governor during the second president’s being in office and I must say to you that whatever projects there were in the region I was able to implement those through him. As for the present president, it wouldn’t be good, if I didn’t say the truth. I love him, I love him, because nobody can compare with him in diplomacy, he is an irreplaceable man for me, as a president, he will be the fourth one too, then when the fifth comes, I will say who is the good one and who is the bad one.”
