The Prosperous Armenia Party (PAP) applied to the rectors of colleges to give the list of students who were doing well, but were socially needy, in order to help them financially. However, the rectors have denied PAP. Today political scientist Hmayak Hovhannisyan was saying Assotyan instead of Ashotyan all the time at “Varkats” (assumption) club, commenting on that step taken by the rectors and Minister of Education Armen Ashotyan. Aravot.am inquired from Hmayak Hovhannisyan whether he was saying Assotyan on purpose or as the saying goes, it was a slip of the tongue, “Let’s say, this was a slip of the tongue – don’t you remember how Serzh Sargsyan says klar-uh-fahy, I make slips of the tongue in the same way.”
We asked Mr. Ashotyan to comment on Hmayak Hovhannisyan’s “slips of the tongue”. According to the Minister, “Hmayak Hovhannisyan had better consult the best experts of the healthcare field.”
