After a press conference at “Golden Tulip” club, Heritage Party leader Raffi Hovhannisian, answering a question of Aravot.am how he thought Robert Kocharyan’s return was possible and by means of who or how it could happen, said, “I perceived all our presidents that they also made mistakes both in domestic and foreign policies, I was their criticizer and I must say now that our presidents should take their place in our reality this way or another and they must decide in which way, I wish them good luck.”
