January 16,2012 17:48

According to the information of Aravot.am, more than 10 prisoners of conscience, who were arrested in regard to the March 1, 2008 case and whose cases have been already appealed to the European Court of Human Rights, are discussing the possibility of taking back their appeals, suspending their consideration by ECHR with their counselors.

We tried to clarify that information from Gagik Jhangiryan, the head of the legal commission of the Armenian National Congress. The latter said during a conversation with us that he didn’t have such information and no one raised such an issue as far as he knew.
