“Nothing can be ruled out, but I think it is unlikely. My suffering has experience”, said Grigor Harutyunyan, a member of the People’s Party of Armenia, in response to Aravot’s question whether it was probable that the pre-election alliance between the Heritage Party, the Armenian Revolutionary Federation (ARF) and the Armenian National Congress (ANC) would be formed, since the three forces had united around the idea of holding 100% proportional representation election earlier today. G. Harutyunyan also added, “Considering the statements made by the ARF figures about ANC at the time, I don’t think it is realistic.”
