The attorney exercising court supervision over the case of Hayk Gevorgyan has just decided to change the measure of restraint chosen for Hayk Gevorgyan and release him from custody. The decision was caused by the fact that Hayk Gevorgyan is not charged with a serious crime, hasn’t been convicted before and has a permanent residence. Under such conditions, according to the attorney, there was no need for keeping him in custody.
Release on his own recognizance was chosen as a measure of restraint for Hayk Gevorgyan.
