After the congress of the United Labor Party (ULP), journalists were waiting for Prosperous Armenia Party (PAP) leader Gagik Tsarukyan, in order to ask a few questions. In particular, Aravot was interested how many places on the PAP list would be given to the ULP. However, Gagik Tsarukyan did not intend to answer questions, he just uttered a few words in response to a question about PAP majoritarian nominations on the way to rescuing himself from the journalists’ roundup, “Where we have appropriate people who want to participate in a majoritarian election, they will participate” and he trotted to his car.
After him, new member of the PAP Vartan Oskanian came out of the meeting hall of the Cabinet, where the ULP congress had taken place and just left – journalists were not interested in him.
