Zhirayr Sefilyan, the coordinator of the Sardaparapat Movement initiative group, is convinced that the more election approaches, the fewer people unite around the ANC. He said during a conversation with www.aravot.am that the ANC had already deviated from its basic principles a few years before, “The ANC basically deviated from the main tasks it had taken on, therefore, it becomes and will become weaker day by day. Before the notorious non-election, very few people will have remained in that unit – so few that in the end the ANC will ask the ruling dictator to allow a group of their fellows to enter the National Assembly.”
In Mr. Sefilyan’s words, there will be no election struggle, because, “The results of March 6 are in Serzh Sargsyan’s drawer. He knows both who from the Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) list and who from the other forces participating will pass. He has all means to influence, in order that the men desirable for him will become MPs.”
