Heritage faction secretary Larisa Alaverdyan thinks that both medical and charitable acts shown on TV and handing out glasses are election bribes. “It is beneficial for individual persons as much, as it is damaging for building the rule of law. And this is not a place of either sob or smile, this is a place of struggle,” Ms. Alaverdyan said during a conversation with us.
In her words, election bribes always cause unequal conditions for parties, “Unfortunately, people who do that make a statement, which is completely opposite to that in content, later on. This is like and I will compare it with the votes that took place in the National Assembly. MPs commit illegal acts there, then immediately deny it and on the next day justify and praise themselves.”
