“I Am Gagik Tsarukyan’s Man,” Tigran Urikhanyan Says

March 22,2012 15:42

“I state for the last time for all those people who spread absolute nonsense about my personality I am ‘no one’s man’ and more so, I don’t have and cannot have any connection with people who base their relations with others not on morality, but on their own interest,” Tigran Urikhanyan, a member of the Prosperous Armenia Party (PAP) political council, communicated to www.aravot.am, talking about an article in the press concerning him that the president’s son-in-law Mikayel Minasyan “plants” his men in all parties. Ostensibly Vahan Babayan and Tigran Urikhanyan are those “planted” in the PAP.

“Understanding quite well some people’s feeling uncomfortable and reasons, given which they try to cause controversies and split in the PAP team, I emphasize I am guided by my own beliefs, my activities are clear and transparent, my goals and steps are honest. If some people like the expression ‘being someone’s man,’ you should know that I am Gagik Tsarukyan’s man, I am my team’s man, my party’s and my state’s man. And finally, don’t be very nervous that our electorate is large, our ranks are strong, our team is united and as a result of our work the whole country and the people will benefit. Let God forgive you and protect,” said Tigran Urikhanyan.
