In response to a question of www.aravot.am whether the ARF Hay Dat committees took part in our internal political developments, Armen Rustamyan, a representative of the ARF Supreme Body of Armenia, said, “Certainly foreign and internal policies are interconnected. One cannot carry out successful foreign policy having serious internal problems, a split society. That problem connects all the institutions together, they are anxious, concerned.”
