According to no. 38-A decision of the governor of Tavush made on April 2, 2012, financial aid was provided to residents, according to the article of the budget Other Benefits to Maintain the Regional Administration Staff. The given decision is uploaded on the official website of the regional administration.

Armen Ghularyan, the governor of Tavush, is in the 65th place on the Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) list for proportional representation and as a candidate for MP, he should have been on vacation at the moment of registering candidates and shouldn’t have made such a decision.

The number of people who have received financial aid and the amount of state money given at the threshold of the election are large. According to the mentioned decision, 19 residents of the region received 10 thousand AMD each, 40 residents 15 thousand AMD, 36 residents 20

thousand, 6 residents 25 thousand and 13 residents 30 thousand AND. Overall 2 million 50 thousand AMD.

Neediness of the persons included in the least raises certain doubts. Although, the decision was made as a result of the regional commission’s examination, the middle names of a part of persons who received financial aid are mentioned and the middle names of the others aren’t.
