Artashes Nikoyan nominated by the Armenian Revolutionary Federation (ARF) in no. 22 electoral district told during a conversation with www.aravot.am that the Republicans canvassed for their candidates in the same electoral district from door to door, “They deceive the people that they can check them with the numbers of passports they have gathered and put them under pressure.”
Mr. Nikoyan doesn’t have information about election bribery yet, “Who has a job – even maids – is threatened to lose his job. The Republican Party candidate for proportional representation is a local only nominally, but he has never been here, he only came during the 1999 election struggle and then left.”
Let us remind that two Republican candidates have been nominated in this electoral district at once – besides Manvel Badeyan, Republican Grisha Hoveyan has nominated himself.
