It is clear for Ruben Hakobyan, the deputy chairman of the Heritage Party executive committee, who cooperates with whom on the political stage and at what price that cooperation is gained. “I don’t want to go into detail, the time will tell. Those forces that want a joint staff, in order to hold a fair election, guarantee by that the unlawful activities of another coalition force, which will cause a switch in the power center in the same coalition in the future – i.e. from the Republican Party – we will surely not participate in that… The whole coalition is responsible
for this state and by saying a change of power we understand that the so-called coalition should leave the power and be an opposition,” said R. Hakobyan during a conversation with us.
He also explained the statement of Raffi Hovhannisyan that had been criticized, according to which, the Heritage Party would be a member of the coalition, if a fair election was conducted, “If they don’t want to understand that no. 1 problem is to conduct a fair election, they can interpret it that way, conducting a fair election is no. 1 problem for us and I don’t see the dynamics that it is possible, because the coalition is engaged in unlawful activities. Only the election results will be registered on May 6, the main fraud is done before that. Raffi Hovhannisyan meant that if there is a fair election, we will think of forming a coalition.”

As for the criticism of the Heritage Party that it had taken the path of the Rule of Law Party, Mr. Hakobyan said that he was not going to comment on nonsense, “All those who play opposition half of the day are toastmasters at the government table the other half– they want to adapt to the territory. It is not in their interest that there is a force that is out of the scenario written by the three presidents. I think our citizen understands quite well what goes on, time is short, but it will be sufficient for us to understand who has what trajectory.”VOICE003
