We previously informed that Armen Ghularyan, the governor of  Tavush who was in the 65th place on the Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) list for proportional representation, should have gone on vacation, according to the Electoral Code. On the official website of the regional administration of Tavush, in the subsection Other Legal Acts of the section Legal Acts, Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan’s 285-A decision dated March 30 is uploaded, according to which Armen Ghularyan, the governor of Tavush, was provided an unpaid vacation and the duties of the governor were temporarily taken up by the governor’s deputy Levon Sargsyan. There is information on the same website that on April 4, governor Armen Ghularyan presided at the first meeting of the regional commission on coordinating work of drawing up land use temporary schemes, which discussed the issue of having a place for garbage on the territory of Bagratashen.
