This morning www.aravot.am was warned by a resident of Gyumri that people, holding passports in their hands, had gathered in front of the administration building in the vicinity of the church in the neighborhood of Ani, waiting for election bribe. According to an eye-witness who photographed the line for bribe and gave the picture to us – the people gathered came to get clarifications and complained that the names of many of them were not on the lists. He claimed that it was about the bribe – 10 thousand AMD – given by the Republican Party.
According to residents of Gyumri, they were engaged in election bribery everywhere, forming lines in every neighborhood of the town, with direct participation of representatives of the administration, however, under the supervision of “authorized” representatives from Yerevan.
