Tevan Poghosyan, the Heritage Party candidate for proportional representation, has seen the pictures of people who impeded Stepan Safaryan’s campaign rally in Avan a few days ago. In his words, the ones who impeded were not two 13-year-old kids, as Republican Party of Armenia candidate for MP Ruben Hayrapetyan stated, “They were adults and I believe Stepan Safaryan and I will support him as much as I can, in order that these problems may be solved, condemning every kind of violence.”
Mr. Poghosyan said that the preliminary investigation would show Styopa Safaryan whether the ones who had impeded had been Hayrapetyan’s supporters or not, but according to Poghosyan, they, nonetheless, impeded for Hayrapetyan.
