On May 6, when the parliamentary election took place, in one of the polling stations, an amusing incident happened. In the morning, when the stories of ink vanishing from passports had already started in other polling stations, in one polling station, the head of the commission “discovered” that their seal didn’t leave any marks at all. The head of the commission confused and bewildered immediately alerted the Central Election Commission (CEC). She was instructed from there over the phone to shake the seal and the ink etc. and all the same, nothing came out of it. One of the proxies who “recorded” the incident applied to the head of the commission, “Madam, take off the cover of the seal.”
