According to the information of www.aravot.am, cases of the appellate and supreme courts of the Republic of Armenia are interrogated in the National Security Service (NSS). Although the NSS avoids answering who those judges are, but according to our information, judges Varuzhan Abelyan and Lyova Grigoryan were summoned to NSS investigator Mirzoyan.
The fact that such cases are usually dealt with by the Special Investigation Service (SIS) is worth to mention.
As for why the judges were summoned to the NSS, we will come back to that in the short run.
