The National Assembly election in Armenia was clearly a progress to Peter Semneby, a former EU Special Representative for South Caucasus, because according to him, more difficult elections were held in the past.
“I hope it will be a parliament with different voices represented, which will be a real forum for discussions on Armenia’s future. I would like to see this as an important step in the consolidation of Armenia’s democracy,” Mr. Semneby said to www.aravot.am.
