Artak Danielyan, a Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) MP, assesses the fact that President Serzh Sargsyan met with the PAP ministers yesterday and said that he was pleased with their work as an exemplary attitude. During a conversation with www.aravot.am, he said, “The stereotypes in our country doesn’t allow one to notice some new, nice traditions or nice facts. This is one of those. Regardless of everything, regardless of what political views they adhere to or what political force they represent, the work of those people is appreciated.”
We inquired whether the president didn’t fear to give those portfolios and management of those fields to others, if he was so pleased with the work of the PAP ministers, whether there were adequate candidates in the Rule of Law Party
(RLP), Artak Davtyan said, “What does it matter, if your mass media is pleased with your work and it turns out that you take another job, should your job remain vacant? Certainly personnel, people are those who pursue, adhere to policies and make decisions and the efficiency and success of the work are dependent on the qualification of those people. Such an issue was raised when those people were to be appointed years ago, wasn’t it? However, those people were appointed and they have worked very successfully. I am convinced that members of the new Cabinet who will be appointed in the upcoming days will not fulfill their functions less efficiently. So, their activities will be as efficient as the activities of the PAP ministers were.”
