“Two members of Khoran religious institution got in touch with us and informed that they had attacked members of the United Youth League (UYL) operating in Cullera, Spain, at the behest of Hrachya Khachatryan, the leader of Khoran, two days before and had burned the car of one of them and robbed the house of another. The reason was that the UYL members also struggle against Khoran in Spain, informing us about the latter,” Sevak Hovhannisyan, the co-leader of the United Youth League said during a conversation with www.aravot.am. He added that the car windows of a few members of the UYL had been broken recently and a note had been left as if Arabs had done it, “There are suspicions that it was also done at the behest of Khachatryan, since members of the UYL had given us information about Khoran a few days before the incident again.”
S. Hovhannisyan notes that members of Khoran that have gotten in touch with members of the UYL will continue giving them new information, since they have suffered financially because of Khoran, “They have said that they take gold from them, lying as if they have to donate it to the church, as Jesus wills, while the jewels are at the disposal of the religious institution’s leaders. The ones who give information are Khachatryan’s ‘trusted’ people who are afraid to reveal themselves. It is very probable that they will be harmed.”
