for every citizen. The medical treatment of children under 10 will be free of charge. The Cabinet makes such promises in its program made public today.
Combining the basic provisions of the Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) and the Rule of Law Party (RLP) programs, the Cabinet intends to create more than 100 thousand jobs, increase the Gross Domestic Product by 0.3%-0.4% every year at the expense of collecting state income and reduce poverty by 8%-10%.

In order to reduce the difference between the revenues of the Armenian population and the populations of the developed countries, the Cabinet will start to develop the industry from today and use legislation on taxes, customs and competition protection toward all entrepreneurs equally.
In 2012-2017, one of the main directions of the Cabinet’s economic policy will be cooperation between the state and private sector, promoting the maturing of Armenian companies. In its program, the Cabinet promises not to intervene inappropriately and to lighten the businessman’s burden of manifold documentation.
