Artur Demirchyan, a resident of the community of Darakert, doesn’t trust yesterday’s appeals of President Serzh Sargsyan to the Cabinet to pay more attention to the rural area and farmers, support them in terms of gathering the harvest, keeping and realizing it and consistently stand by the rural area. “It seems to me that there will be no fundamental change, if there are changes in the Cabinet, if new forces had come to power, it might have aroused hope that something would change. However, I cannot imagine how it may change, if they wanted to change, who has impeded them so far. The same people, the same Cabinet, the same faces,” A. Demirchyan said. He is disappointed also with the opposition, because he thinks that the opposition should have stood by them the most and raised the issues concerning them.
Our Yerevan interlocutors also have no trust in the program of the Cabinet. “I as an Armenian am ashamed, because half-educated people are more dangerous than ignorant people and the Cabinet is mainly composed of half-educated people,” the citizen of the Republic of Armenia thinks so. He is convinced that the new composition of the Cabinet is a composition of adventurous people having no prospects.
2 citizens that talked to us had controversial opinions about former mayor Gagik Beglaryan. To one he was a PhD and the other was not sure whether the minister fully knew the alphabet or not.
