“I haven’t seen anything in the program,” Nikol Pashinyan stated in his speech addressing the National Assembly. The locals informed Pashinyan that they had driven, but they “had had sand rammed into the pits and it had remained like that until the next rainfall.”
Nikol Pashinyan has seen no assessment of today’s situation in the program of the Cabinet, according to him, the Cabinet was guided by the principle “the less we say about today’s problems, the better,” “The Cabinet doesn’t mention how much the poverty rate is today, the one who reads thinks that Tigran Sargsyan’s Cabinet decreased the poverty to 11% in the past and now it wants to eradicate it.”
