The bills amending the License Act and the State Registration of Property Rights Act have just been adopted by the National Assembly. They were adopted with 101 yeas, 1 nay and 2 abstained.
It was interesting that while Minister of Finance Vache Gabrielyan was explaining the importance and necessity of the issue, RPA MPs Artashes Geghamyan and Hamlet Harutyunyan were doing a different thing more interesting for them during the National Assembly meeting. Hamlet Harutyunyan was filling out a crossword, Artashes Geghamyan was absorbed in reading the Armenian Times.
