In the village of Chinari, district of Berd, region of Tavush, 700 meters away from the borderline, there is a functioning kindergarten. Parandzem Aghasyan, the principal of the kindergarten, said that this year they would wish their 6 students good luck at school. Presently the kindergarten in Chinari is attended by 23 2-5-year-old students, their number will reach 28-30 in the fall. The children’s parents pay 1500 AMD a month for the needs of the preschool institution. This year the Armenian Olympic Committee made the annual payment – 770 thousand AMD – for the children’s food. The principal of the kindergarten said that their students were not afraid of gunshots, gunshots had become usual to them. During the Azerbaijani fire, the teachers entertain the infants with games and music, distract their attention from the gunshots.
