“There is a law and the law provides for an opportunity for everyone to use what Mr. Oskanyan used, so, is complying with the law a characteristic of guerillas, is complying with the law worth condemning? I am surprised,” Tigran Urikhanyan said during a conversation with www.aravot.am, talking about what Gorik Hakobyan, the head of the NSS, had said a few days before about the actions and charges against Vartan Oskanian and the Civilitas Foundation that “an honest man should come and explain, shout, write, tell everyone that he is honest, everything is not right, this man is not right, that man is not right. But keeping silent like a guerilla is unacceptable.”
