After the Armenian National Congress (ANC) rally, the Congress leader, First President of the Republic of Armenia Levon Ter-Petrossian, didn’t rush to leave. He wandered around, talked to members of the Congress, participants in the rally. Seeing Ter-Petrossian, someone started to shout, “Don’t worry, Commander-in-Chief, we will put an end to Serzh’s rule, Serzhik, go away.” Someone else demanded acts of terrorism, not to wait and to carry out the “Now” project.
A woman approached Nikol Pashinyan, a National Assembly member. Later on, the woman said during a conversation with us that “I demanded of Nikol not to forget the issue of balloons and necessarily raise it in the parliament, have the guilty punished.” She assured that one of the victims was her relative and that actually the Republican Party had organized the balloon blast.
